Dr. Sinclair received his undergraduate degree from Waterloo Lutheran University
and later graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC)in 1977. He presently resides in Streetsville-Mississauga where he was in active practice until his retirement in 2015.

Professionally, Dr. Sinclair has been actively involved with numerous associations including years of service on the CMCC Board of Governors, and served as its Chairman from 1994-1996.
He was later appointed as the National Campaign Chair to raise the necessary funds to build the new campus for CMCC.

For his service to the profession, he was awarded Chiropractor of the Year by the Ontario Chiropractic Association in 2005. He was recognized by CMCC with the Distinguished Service Citation and also Honorary Member status to recognize his outstanding contributions toward the advancement of the Canadian Chiropractic profession. In 2008 he was granted CMCC Board Member Emeritus status.

Dr. Sinclair has been actively involved in his community as past president of the Streetsville Rotary Club and served as executive director of the Vic Johnston Community Centre and the Streetsville Business Improvement Association.
He served as Capital Campaign Director for the local community centre and received the Civic Award of Recognition from the City of Mississauga.

Dr. Sinclair occasionally retreats from retirement to practice as a locum for his three children who are all chiropractors.
