World Spine Care Europe webinar series presented by MGM School of Physiotherapy

World Spine Care Europe and MGM Institute of Health Sciences jointly announce the first in an ongoing series of webinars on spine care.

Screening for Serious Pathology of Cervical Spine will be the topic of the first webinar to be held on 12 April, 2021 from 3-4 pm India Standard Time / 10:30-11:30 am GMT.

The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Rajani Mullerpatan, director of the MGM School of Physiotherapy, and Prof. Margareta Nordin, past president of World Spine Care Europe. The guest speakers are Dr. Raghuprasad Varma, Consultant Spine Surgeon, Spine Foundation of India, and Dr. Chris Mercer, Consultant Physiotherapist at NHS Trust, Kings College.

They will present the new International framework for Red Flags for Potential Serious Spinal Pathology and discuss thresholds for onward referral for suspected serious pathology of the cervical spine.
